ITT post good ab exercises/rate routine

core day twice/week now.

Consisting of:

-hanging leg raises (some touching toes, some to horizontal)

-hanging side knee raises

-hollow hold progressions ~30 seconds

-laying windshield wipers (can't do hanging well after leg raises for long)

-incline sit ups (slow focused descent and raise)

-double crunch (ie situp while curling legs in)

Usually 2-3 sets of each for 8-12 good reps

Lying raised leg holds do the vacuum with it but don't have to hold your breath - great for lower abs / TVA

routine isn't ideal, too much volume. 6 exercises for 3 sets= 18 sets for just abs. When was the last time you hit 18 sets for a chest/back/leg day?

Id split in half and switch a/b every time you do core. also replacing one with ab wheel rollouts.
Keep mod discussions out of your sig line

Dude, i’m gonna type as sober as possible, that honestly looks fcking pathetic and digusting compared to my routine.

Do high rep only because you can build more volume than you want easily in your stomach.

Do proportional lifts

Ex Yoga ball crunches 25 twisting, 25 straight
Captain's chair hold + raises 20+ comfortably

I really enjoy this, even though it's uncommon -. High reps still. You can do 200, just minimum 25 or so
