I have two little movable skin tags on my shaft Srs

I already went to the doctor for it and he kinda laughed at me

I tried to rip it off a few months ago and it didn’t fully rip off and it came back now

It’s not fixed to the skin and it’s movable. Should I worry?

Worst case it I have HPV how bad is that? Apparently 85% of people have genital warts

It’s about the size of the ball in a ball point pen it’s super super small and it’s impossible almost to see it when flacid

nail clippers srs. have gotten a couple off my ballbag with them

though one time I got too much skin in there and got a sliver of ball skin with it.. it was weird, i could see another orange layer of ball viscera under the skin that was moving independently of the regular skin. also it hurt like fuk.

its not movable enough for clippers or to rip off

I have to fap more to loosen it up maybe in a few months I’ll be able to rip it off cleanly?

Should I bother my doctor again over this?
