Any of you brahs on that melatonin time?
Not really looking for something to get me to the point of falling asleep, but more so staying asleep throughout the night. I seem to always wake up like two or so hours before my alarm goes off. Would melatonin supplement help?

It doesn't help me. I've tried about every natural sleep aid and 3-4 RX meds and none of them keep me asleep all night. Worth a try though, it seems to work for some people.

I do all these things to ensure a good sleep:
-dont eat 2-3+ hours near bed time
-read 30mins before sleep
-3mg melatonin + 25 mg zinc before sleeping
very simple and easy to do and I am not exaggerating, my sleep is literally 10/10 every night

some melatonin supps work really good and some don't work at all. i'm not sure why. supplementing melatonin will suppress your own natural melatonin production though. it's really not good to take for a long time.
