I got the jab back in 2020...cardiothoracic area has never felt right since srs

I don't want to be long-winded (no pun intended) but now I'm literally not able to be long-winded (pun intended).

Not gonna lie ever since getting vaxxed it’s been seriously harder for me to get back into good running/cardio shape. Usually after just 2 or 3 times running i would see gains but I’m unable to improve or push myself anymore.


Ofcourse this could also just be me getting older.
