That's really the best outcome from the surgeries if they don't also work on everything else. Clearly looks matter, and fixing what you can (not through surgery in most cases) should be an important component of overall self-improvement.

But this puts the lie to the belief that a the difference in a few mm in bone would guarantee pussy-heaven.
