That was a lot of weight to not have have any safety straps of stops.

I feel bad but he is obviously not a nube and should have known better. Oh right, that wouldn't look as cool for the obligatory SM video. Sad thing is, this gave him even more clicks.

that's crazy, but I was semi-hoping for a shot similar to all those bicep tear videos.
