Has anyone researched this? Skincare, as in washing & lotion does nothing for long
Is that right?
Washing and lotioning your face won't do anything you keep you looking younger, the benefits only last a few days as your skin cells are fully replaced about every week, is that right?
And, the only thing that supposedly makes a long term difference is Retina and sunscreen lotion to prevent sun damage, is this all correct?

yes. and you have to hop on retin-a early in life if you want any benefits down the road
