Any Miscers utterly fatigued most of the time?

Life feels like wading through thick treacle at the moment. Am trying to do all the right stuff - regular exercise, diet, sleeping as best I can. Not even depressed just tired as fukk 90% of the time.

Any of you boys know these feels?

Get blood work done, no reason if you're doing everything right that you should be feeling so tired.

Also check your sleep, you may have sleep apnea.

Do you get sun or supplement vitamin D during winter?
You could be deficient in something, maybe take a blood test.
Or poor sleep quality.
Or maybe you're just burned out on your life routine, start doing something new to mix things up.

I have my entire life. Always feel like I'm literally half asleep. Tests have always showed nothing wrong and my dad's the same way. Teachers used to let me bring in thirst buster sodas in high school so that I'd have a better chance of staying awake.
