Will anyone notice if I go to the ski slopes alone ?

Thinking of getting into snowboarding this winter. My plan is to buy a used one and hit the magic carpet slopes every weekend to practice.

You guys think its cool to be out there alone or its just too weird ? Might also get a balaclava so no one sees my face.

You pay for lift tickets. Not for snowboarding. If you can find a way to get the fuk back up there without the lift, the world is your oyster.

Worked at a ski resort for years, yes when it got slow in the rental shop I would go for a few runs alone.

I would start with lessons, it's a lot harder than it looks. I've hit the ground so hard snowboarding that I wondered if I crapped my pants and could not get up for 5 minutes. The good news is that once you get it, it's like riding a bike and you can take 10 years off and go back to beginner slopes and be on intermediate by the end of the day.
Don't put that on me Ricky Bobby, don't you ever put that on me.
