How do fat fuks live with themselves? Srs

I'm in Texas and literally every 3rd person is borderline obese.

How the fuk do these obese bloated gut-inflammed creatures wake up every day knowing how fat and unhealthy they are and do nothing to change it?

It is truly astounding how dumb and lazy the average American is. All the fat fuks give america a bad rep.

Srs answer, i think its like the lobster thrown in cold water. Water slowly gets hotter, by the time its boiling its too late. These people slowly see themselves gaining 1/2 pound a day or whatever over a couple years. The day to day change they see just isn’t much.

When I was force feeding to maintain 230lbs weight, and yes I was actually in good shape at this weight still, I was somewhat miserable. I had acid reflux, horrible gut inflammation and digestion, I would heavy breathe and sometimes snore when I slept (which I've never done), and always felt bloated and tired. The only difference was that I also felt extremely strong, fit and was always warm.

Now take away the positives from that instance and you get the average american.

Do you know how many people take pills daily like acid reducers/tums, anti-inflammatories, anti-depressants, or even alcohol/weed all just to cope with their daily existence because they are in pain or feel like chit?

People have no idea what they're doing anymore. The medical industry has made the majority of the population slaves to pharmacology and have destroyed the health of America purposely. Diet, exercise, sleep optimization, spritual health/gratitude...done. Imagine how many lives would be instantly better if that information was made public and pushed to the masses.

Its the norm now. and natural when you think about the average American diet. breakfast of bacon/eggs/pork/waffles/pancakes, or if you're being "healthy" you instead consume a bowl of cereal with milk. Then you have a few sodas throughout the day.
For lunch you're being healthy by getting a salad with fried chicken, pork, or something else, drenched in ranch.
Then for dinner you cook whatever the family feels like, without an idea of calories. oh and don't forget dessert, and a few beers or 12.

There's no cultural mechanism most places against the cycle of whatever stresses them out to cope with eating or whatever and not seek wholesome support like religion.

Nah man it's not the medical industry it's the fact that people consume more nowadays due to stress and boredom. It's very easy to eat 2700 calories nowadays too. I could do that in 2 meals and even 1 if i'm really hungry.

Was watching that Woodstock '99 for a bit. Not sure I saw one overweight person, in fact most people were pretty skinny, and not a lot of meat heads on steroids. Lot of topless women, no whales to be seen.
