Question about "alpha" or "sigma" mindset...

So it seems that on social media there tends to be a lot of "gurus" or "life coaches" that tend talk about working on yourself, or if she didn't want you, it's her loss...

So that made me wonder, like... how much can someone actually say that's true though? If someone didn't want you, was it really her loss, or perhaps did you not have what she was looking for and you got your hopes up?

Or when it comes to "Working on yourself" that usually means shut your self out from the world and describe yourself more as a lone wolf.

I'm just curious when it comes to these mindsets, if it's really just making excuses for one's self rather than oh I dunno, accepting responsibility?

As far as alphas, true alphas are only a handful in a million.
That's where I'm confused with all these podcasts, or motivational videos... if people aren't willing to make an effort in communicating, or socializing then they can't be complaining about not getting things no?
