My wife is a classically trained chef, 15 years of experience. She has cookbooks, but it's theory stuff, not recipes.

Her food is always amazing.

My wife once said to me " You married me for my cooking didn't you"?
I said "Yup.Sure did".

She had one of those old world French mothers who cooked everything from scratch ( we're in our 50s, and this is becoming a lost art). Her 2 sisters are also very good cooks.
Generally considered by everyone I/ she knows to be the best cook they know.

She has some cookbooks ( some very old) she checks feom time to time but knows most of this stuff my memory. Has some of her moms old recipes as well.
