Low t bros.

Just had t checked it’s at 272. Feeling all the sides for a while now, no energy, no drive, decreased libido. How many brahs have jumped on trt? Anyone try enclo as a mono therapy? Have kids don’t need any more so not worried about that. One turn off is the price seems crazy for trt and the dependency is kind of scary. Who on misc is on trt or have decided not to and regained test levels?

Also 29, exercise, eat clean Cico or keto mostly track everything that goes into my body, lean, rarely drink, sleep ok 6 hours a night usually.

Eat organic, push\pull, no fap\porn, lots of fat\butter, ksm66,shilajit, longjack, whole greens, blueberries, and some other ish like pushing your body to the limit physically in the gym and get enough sleep and if then all the above doesn't work, try again and then if that doesn't work think about trt, make sure your Dr uses aromasin and not something like arimidex

Yup all the stuff you listed, no junk food, no pasta, worst thing I’ll eat is pound a porterhouse once a month hngggggg. Take 1-5k iu of vitamin d, eat a lot of fish including fish I catch, still supplement with fish oil though.

Been about 9 months for me. Still working with my endo on finding the right balance of dose / frequency / AI. Has been a long and frustrating process, but getting dialed in now.

Everyone is different. Upon starting I struggled with over 20lb weight gain / bloat, sluggishness, fatigue, etc for the first 3 months until first round of bloodwork.

Then upped AI and split frequency while keeping overall dose the same. No real change in how I felt / looked / weight gain / bloat, so struggled for another 3 months until next round of bloods.

Dropped T dose for the last 3 months, and feel a bit better. Weight has dropped back to where I originally was. Still not feeling much different than before I started, so am now going to try dropping the additional AI.

Super frustrating when a good buddy (age 39) and my brother in law (age 45) both are feeling amazing and seeing incredible results from the same dose (200mg test cyp) that made me feel even worse than how I felt originally. Or when you see all the folks who get crazy jacked / shredded / feel amazing in only a couple months.

Just wanted to give my experience so far as a middle aged dude who eats well, trains bjj 4 times a week, strength / conditioning work 3 times a week, and still likes to have fun / feel good / bang my hot wife a couple times a week.

I've been on for over 9 years.

Rule #1 Do not mess with E2. Adjust T dose to knock E2 down if it gets high.

Rule #2 Do not take HCG unless you need to maintain fertility. HCG causes a lot more problems than it is worth.

$42 for a bottle of T that lasts 18 weeks. goodrx

Blood work is $225 every 6 months. lef.org

Doc visits are $185 every 6 months.

Pins and syringes are about $50 a year. I use only BD. Draw with 1" 22g and inject with 1" 25g.

Total about $1,100 year.

PM if you want to chat.

.
Can you elaborate? I think hcg would be super necessary especially if you might come off in the future and want to still be able to produce testosterone?

Have never heard about problems due to hcg.

HCG spikes E2 and will force you to add an AI to the mix. Using AI's is a rabbit hole you do not want to go down.

If you want to come off in the future, you should not start TRT to begin with.

This isn't about a 25 year old kid running an 8-12 week cycle and then using HCG to come off.

I did it for a year. hcg was mixed in with the shot. My starting test levels showed up as 270 so it was a no brainer to hop on. Ended up stopping for like a year and half as it just became too much of a pain in the ass. Just recently got tested again and my test levels came back as 579. So I was relieved that my natural test production wasn't completely halted.

All bloods stayed in the normal ranges throughout that year with hcg. You'd just take the ai pill right after the shot. No problems on my end.

Although it is frustrating that now HCG is so much more expensive. The shots went from $35 to $60 for the ones with hcg.

The problem with AIs is that they are very hard to dose for males. Lots of horror stories about guys crashing E2 and not being able to recover.

Low E2 can be much worse than low T.

Just use the less is more theory with TRT. Use test only and adjust the dose/frequency to deal with sides.

People always use the argument that dependency is scary or a negative thing. But once you get on TRT and have healthy levels the real 'scary' thing is being back at your old natty levels and feeling/performing like ****.

Furthermore there are pretty compelling arguments that you have more health risks having low T then if you were enhanced.

In 2022 you'd have to be an idiot or a loser to walk around with less then 800 ng/dl of testosterone.

I rarely get 7 hours of sleep and I have 850 test. I eat “healthy” 70% of the times (pasture raised eggs every morning), workout consistently, stress out at work everyday (yes I know this would lower T), and limit how much I fap.

Seems like diet is most of it.

i am really curious why guys do this?
There is an unspoken thing, we are iron brothers and sisters, we are to support each other and...It is our duty to support our brothers and sisters in the iron game!
