Just go on Amazon and type in White Elephant gifts. Last year my item was a coffee mug in the shape of a toilet bowl.

Also, they're not suppose to be "good" gifts. The best ones are ugly or gross or ridiculous.

last time I did one I was in high school, and mcdonalds still had the actual dollar menu. $15 limit, and I bought $15 worth of apple pies. Best gift of the night

Everyone brings a wrapped up gift. A gift picking order is established. First person picks a gift, next person can either steal a gift that has been chosen and opened or open a new gift. This goes until the last person picks. If the gift you picked it "stolen", then you pick a new unopened gift but have to keep it.

Got a giftcard to walmart which i needed anyways. When it was my turn i grabbed that and just hoped for the best that no one would steal it. Forunatley no one stole it bc i think most of my coworkers think im weird and wanted to leave me be lmao. I found out afterwards that participation was optional. Will never do that chit again. Couldnt imagine going in there with something useful and then leave with some scented candle or some bs.

That was my gameplan last year. Bring something I wanted and try to get it, didn't work out and I got a bunch of chit I gave to the wife. This year is lower value but my competitive side still wants to bring something everyone wants even though i'll probably leave with off-brand dollar store candy.

I sent my daughter one of those plastic jugs shaped like a bear that was full of animal crackers once. She said it was stolen 3 times. I've seen similar at H-mart filled with other stuff.

I recall a gumball machine and a peanut M&M dispenser being popular before. Also novelty ceramic cookie jars.

Sometimes toys do well. Like a fancy Nerf gun. Maybe a nanoblock lego set? I saw this mini Lite Brite and in comments people mention using them as desk toys.

Christmas party game. Everyone brings a wrapped gift. Draw numbers and take turns either choosing a wrapped gift or stealing a gift. And the person who has to go first should get a chance to steal at the end as they had no one to steal from at the beginning.

We switched to this for everyone over 18 for an extended family gathering. Buying a gift for every other person gets to be a lot once you have as many as 3 generations of grown ups plus children.
