Is Meal Replacement Supplemeng worth it?
my job requires travelling so im outside pretty much.
I dont take whey protwin anynore because it bloats me.

No I dont think so. If it were a here-and-there kind of thing to temporarily hold you over, the fine. But long term its not a great way to fuel yourself. You want to be eating real food.
You just need to find high density whole foods you can bring with you everyday. And don't skip breakfast.
You may benefit from a small cooler so you can bring fresh meat or eggs.
Protein: Ground beef, sausage, chicken, eggs
Fat: Eggs, avacado, cheese, nuts, olives
Carbs: Rice, potatoes, fresh fruit
Meal prep is important. You really just need to cook once-twice a week. Then just bring your one or two meals each day.
