Recommendations. Is Boise a good place to live for conservative single bro?

I'm currently living in the Seattle area. I'm looking for a place that is dry (mold allergies), conservative or at least 50/50 and not a lib tranny cesspool, moderately priced housing. Currently looking at Ellensburg, WA, Spokane, WA, Boise, ID, Phoenix, AZ, and maybe somewhere in Utah. I have a WFH job, so I can basically go anywhere. Trying to buy a house in the next 3 months. Currently Boise is my number 1 pick. I have family about 2.5 hrs away and love anything outdoors. Hiking, skiing, mtb, 4x4ing, etc.

What do you say misc? Any recommendations or pros / cons of my current top picks?

By some measures, Boise is the most unaffordable metro in North America. Safe to say it is absolutely full.

I am visiting my family out here, and Bumble is like 50% single moms. Sloots with ambition leave this place.

It is basically Utah Light.

The wages are behind cost of living and reasonable housing is about an hour out of downtown now.

Women are okay, but worse than SLC women. Outdoor recreation sub par.


While I am at it. Spokane, WA. It isn't bad. The wages to cost of living aren't terrible. Washington Politics are terrible. Outdoor recreation amazing. The dating market is horrible.

That is pretty much all of Idaho Cities right now.

Housing prices have over doubled the last 3 years in my area. Wages have went up maybe 12%

She definitely wants to smesh, but only military dudes, not like short tech dudes. And I would never do anything srs with her, she sounds like an absolute dead weight in life.

I got a buddy that moved from Seattle area to Phoenix and absolutely loves it. He will never come back. Although he doesn't do any outdoors activities. Just gym.

Yah the current 'Zestimate' curve is insane in Boise. Super steep up and now descending like a rock. Probably 2023 will be the time to buy, then hold tight, make your payments and wait to refinance.

I’ve heard that Boise is liberal but the rest of Idaho is conservative.

And yes, many Californians are moving to Boise.

Spokane would be lit. Is it dry enough? One of my best friends lives there. Kind of away from my other family and you are right... living in WA is kind of AIDS, but the skiing there is legit.

Bunch of parasites. I would like to see up to date political demographics for Ada County. Brother's in-laws just moved from Cali and are conservative. I would hope its more the conservative folk from Cali fleeing rather than libs.

TBH OP - my first thought was: "Where did Indiana Jones live and teach college as a professor at in the old movies?" Answer is "Bedford Connecticut," which is technically the border inside New York. Despite the location being described as Connecticut in the movie, they filmed the external views at a University in Stockton California, and internal views at a school in England. His house's filming location is also California (San Anselmo).
