Rate my Prime Rib dinner

This was supposed to be for tomorrow but the in-laws wanted it today so here we go.

Here is my prior thread

https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...post1673412143

So I sat it out at room temperature. A few hours total. The dry brine definitely penetrated. I feel another day would be even better.

I think I nailed the temp.

Good eye. Yes. Plus jalapeño and the dressing is just salt, EVOO and lemon.

There is. I didn’t take a pic. In the roasting pan I only added onion. Then after the initial slow cook I took the pan dripping and onion and blended it in the nutribullet with a little salt and water to thin it out. The onion changed the au jus to almost a creamy sauce. It was delicious.

Beautifully done. We had ours tonight but I didn't take a picture. So good. The au jus is the silent game changer to with it.

The best christmas meat to have imo. It just tastes right.

And definitely delicious.

All of the prime was sold out. Several restaurants bought out a ton in the area from Costco to Publix.
