Yeah this is my christmas this year. No invitations to the family gatherings. One merry christmas text from my mom, dad, and grandpa.

Just flying solo for the rest. Feels okay.

Nah, not that bad. I have been mostly alone so far.

My daughter is here. She is sleeping. I told her before I turned in last night that I would like to see her by 10 am. She was still up at almost 4 am.Said it wasn't on purpose. I made breakfast, a pumpkin pie for my brother, and some chicken salad.

The kid emerged a little before noon. Ate some cinnamon rolls and went back to bed. That difference between having small children and having teenagers.

So I'm miscing and waiting around for my brother to show or for her to get back up.

The house smells good though.
