Possible heart scare

Not sure what happened but I took an energy pill with a green tea. Lately I have been feeling my heart area doing strange things but don’t think too much into it. I do have like a nerve thing in my upper Back or so I always thought it was a nerve. Well anywsy I was literally talking to a person at work about preworkouts I drink and they were like those aren’t good god your heart and I bent down to puck something up and a sharp pain so bad it almost brought me to my knees went through my upper left chest area. It stopped and then did it 3 times. I was scared to breathe in. I startled calm to let blood flow around and then Carrie on but it was an intense scary feeling. I’ve also been having weird back and gas pains too tjough. Just now got a random bloody nose too. I’m not vaxxed

True story. I once busted my head wipe open so bad in a car wreck that my skull was showing. I said well that’s going to be a life long scar. I’m going to get sone beers and bandaids and walked to the store. Cars were slamming on their brakes asking me if I needed an ambulance. The woman at the counter screamed and refused service and called 911. 😅

The nosebleed is a good sign. Your body is cleansing itself of the tainted blood and bringing your humours back into balance.

Seeing that your over 40, you should get a cardiac CT calcium score test. You can pay out of pocket and it usually costs $100-150. It's just a CT scan that gives them an idea of how much plaque is built up in the blood vessels around the heart. I'm planning on getting one next year after I turn 40.

An office visit is $200, if he has insurance he only pays the co pay which, is typically $30 with most insurance

I don’t know. Tbh the entire time I’ve been In the union and working for this company everything has been a joke. Most of the union guys are black and all lie and steal money anyway they can. We are supposed to do seniority but they lie and steal and help each other out. I’ve been screwed out if so much money and I think it’s why the damn layoffs are happening because of all the shady astronaut crap going on. Sone people just don’t belong in control of stuff

I’ll tell you what definitely messed me up some though is I did the mass stack off of steel supplements. It’s a mix of andro 1, 4 and I think 19. I’ve done prohormobes before and had amazing results but this one had my back hurting like gas pains. I read it was a side effect because it by passes your liver and digests into your intestines. Well I figured when I stopped I would be fine. The pain has continued. Worst part is the stack sucked. Didn’t gain any strength or anything. Also like my urge to ejaculate has been down since. I finally feel like I’m recovering from that stack. I put my sides on their page and they blocked me

You should probably go to the doctor.

Also if you’re not working then how were you at work talking to someone about preworkout ?

Either way not worth risking it.

The fact that it happened while you were talking about heart/ pre workout stuff makes me think anxiety to begin with. But with pains like that it doesn’t hurt to go get checked out just to be sure. I wouldn’t worry too much though because I know from experience the mind is a very powerful thing. It’s just nice to get reassurance from a professional to ease your mind.

I have a part time job. It’s pretty intense though. Have actually been doing 60 plus hours there since the layoff

This was definitely something physical. Like the first wave was strong enough to pull me to my knees. I kind of tougher through it. The next 2 weren’t as bad. It’s happened before but never at this level.

Well bro if it was def something physical what are you waiting on going to the doctor? All I was saying is the mind is an extremely powerful thing which can cause physiological manifestations within the body but that still isn’t a reason to ignore ruling out real physical problems. I think you will be fine but just go get seen about brah.
