In this situation whats smarter to do boyos

So I'm contemplating paying off one either my vehicle or my rental, can't figure which one.. I am leaning towards the vehicle due to higher interest rate, but collecting that rent every month with no mortgage payment would be nice.. Here's the details, tell me what you guys think..

Car:
$46,000 owed
$877 payment
3.8%

House:
$68,000 owed
$758 payment
1.9%

What you boys thinkin

I’d generally pay off the higher interest rate loan first, however you listed the rates with the auto rate higher but claim the opposite bruh

Agreed. However, The car would be the biggest waste of money of the 3 to pay off.

This. If you have enough sitting around to pay off 68k without much thought beyond "I'm gonna go ask the misc" then you should probably just go buy another property.
