Jon Bernthal is one of the best actors today

I recommend listening to him on Rogan. He was a complete fuk up and degenerate in life and based on a recommendation, decided to travel to Russia to the most prestigious best dramatic school there was, the Moscow theatre there. He lived there for two years not knowing the language. Imagine a bootcamp for theatre and acting pretty much. They had him do stupid ass **** that propelled his acting abilities among the greats. Dude even has his own podcast where he talks about anti woke stuff and doesn't give a fuk what roles he loses because of it. Shia, Leo are a given, but Bernthal deserves so much credit.

Jon Bernthal is one of those racially-ambiguous guys that can play a White guy, a Mexican, an Arab, a Turk and he'd pass.


Note: As a White guy, he'd be limited to Italians and other Mediterreanean phenotypes, cause he sure as hell can't pass for a Nord.

He really is underrated. He was awesome in Shot Caller and Wolf of Wall St.

I like Shia, Leo, Jake Gyllenhaal a lot. Bernthal is just a dude among the greats that deserves more credit. I'm not sure many people even realize his demeanor, mannerisms, and how he talks is completely different from all of his roles. The dude struggles to even speak sentences in real life. He stutters like crazy and struggles to put what he's thinking into words. When he acts he transforms.

He came across well on Rogan. He's had some good acting roles, but they're always supporting roles. Is he good enough to carry a movie like someone like Christian Bale?! Not sure.
