How to combine weight lifting + boxing?

Whenever I lift I get too tired the next day and it kind of affects when I box too

My goal is to just maintain my strength and physique

if you already have a good physique and want to prioritize boxing, you can probably somewhat maintain physique but obv not strength

this only appliesif you are nattysince your body can't regenerate fast enough to do both
Ah, is there anything I can do to help speed recovery after weights?

Obviously don't lift so heavy the day before boxing.

You can even tailor your schedule around it.

But if your training is anything like mine (SUPER rigorous) then both will suffer by virtue of being tired.

I never tried things like ice baths so I don't know what optimal recovery is like though.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

Do a set of bench then start a fight with the next biggest guy in the gym

Watch Rocky IV and learn from them.

Anything's possible, good luck.
