Landlord Wont Evict Me Cuz I Always Pay

Been living here for 3.5 years and have had multiple write ups for disturbance (pounding sub - i listen to rap).

Yet they still keep giving me lease renewals

probably cuz they cant get others to pay

as long as you pay da rent you can keep being a piece of **** - do what you want

So long as your landlord doesn't share a wall with you, I doubt he really gives a phuck. He would probably be more likely to evict your complaining neighbors

yeah, heson the 3rd floor and im on the first. doesnt ever seem like my sub bothers him. just gonna keep it going. idiot upstairs stomps around than complaims about me? LMAO!!!
