Has anyone ever looked at purchasing a Mobile Home park? (srs)

Its hard to find them listed for sale, I look at websites and they have a paywall with subscription BS.

The business model take a cold hearted son of a bitch, you generally raise the rent of the plot of land and the people generally can't afford to move their trailer.

Since I started making like 10-12k a week I've been trying to find somewhere to park my cash
