who else brushes only once a day?

i pretty much never brush in the morning. i floss maybe once a month. been doing this for a long time now and havent experienced any issues.

I brush my teeth both morning and night. I use mouthwash only once per day though, and I brush my tongue in the morning-time only.

i brush
once every 2 days
use napkins to clean teeth before bed
and early morning with seasalt mouth wash
