What the go to bodybuilding programs nowadays?

I have not bodybuilt in years. I used to do OVT and got sick gains. Whats new?

BTW. Back in the day I was told by many that I could step on the Olympia stage. I decide not to pursue that because it wasnt for me.

Take advice from Jeff Nippard, Andrew Huberman, and Jeremy Ethier. Progressive overload works, and a recent study demonstrated that when muscles are fully stretched they gain more growth so half reps at the bottom of movements are great.
