I’m age 27.

• My boss started her position around early November.
• I work 3rd shift while she works 1st shift.
• We’ve only seen each other in person a total of three times.
• We text often. Non work related. A few things in common.

This 100%. If you're in your 20's then focus all your time and effort on getting prime age girls. Once you're 30+ most of them won't want to have anything to do with you. You should only be going after older women if it's convenient and the woman makes it easy for you.
