Frank Eugene Corder was an American truck driver. He stole a Cessna 150 late on September 11, 1994, and crashed the stolen aircraft onto the South Lawn of the White House early on September 12, 1994, while attempting to land the plane; he was killed, and was the sole casualty.

Have you seen Olympus has Fallen? The top two structures that look like ornamental 'windows' or 'vents' are probably hiding some kind of anti aircraft technology. Also best believe the moment the 'no fly zone' is violated it's getting shot down in under 1-2 minutes. They'd take the chance of shooting a jetliner down over DC than allowing it to hit the White House. The Pentagon getting hit was because it was an attack we had never expected or planned for. Since then, it'd be pretty much impossible. That's just what we the public knows. There's probably ALOT of stuff we don't know about. Most effective aside from AA would be some type of EMP that would be used to immediately cripple the aircraft or some type of electronic control technology that could 'hijack' the aircrafts controls.

I was surprised when this brah popped a few shots off at the whitehouse and actually got away, temporarily.

I think it would possible for a small ground force to take control of the whitehouse via only small arms and basic tactics.
