Here, let me explain it for you. Most people opt for implants under the muscle. The implant basically sits between the pectoral muscle and the ribcage. If they go for above the muscle, the implant sits on top of the pectoral muscle but under the breast fat tissue/mammary glands. So yes, you can still breast-feed either way.
But, gaining a lot of pregnancy weight and size due to breast feeding does stretch out your skin. When it goes back they do sag a little over the implant. In a lot of cases it can make them look a little more “real”.
