They put female secretaries in those spot because countries face no real threats from other countries. That's why the non EU countries have more serious looking ministers since they are under the threat from NATO weapon manufacturer CEOs

brah i'm pretty sure this photo is about 15 years old. Is a single one of these people still in their jobs ? Also Poland is staunchly NATO, maybe more so even than the western euros.
