Anyone on ashwagandha?

Taking it since yesterday, ksm 66, 600mg a day.
Havent noticed anything yet. Supposed to take like 2 weeks I think.

Started taking it about 2 weeks ago.

I take it at night to take advantage of it's sleep benefits, so I can't really attest to whatever effects it may or may not have during the day.

It does seem to help me sleep better overall.

Just started last week for stress/anxiety, haven't noticed anything yet but will report back.

I'd personally not recommend, numbs your mood and you just feel neutral all the time. Maybe it's just me though

Doesn't do crap and any effects most likely are placebo (srs). Also, make sure you're not on an immunosuppressant medication, it will interfere with it.

It made my skin itch in random spots. That was literally the only thing I felt on it. I'm done spending money on supps like that and just gonna hop on TRT when I feel like I'm declining.
