What makes this guys arms look so huge?

Doubt that he's on gear. His shoulders and neck are not that impressive.

But holy chit those guns man. Is it just insertions?

I faintly remember some fitness personality saying that people of african descent have more intermuscular fat which might contribute to a fuller look in some muscles.
