No. It is not a hoax. Greta may be an attention whore, but global warming is very real. There are hundreds of thousands of scientific papers on the subject and several research outposts all over the world, run by various different countries (none of whom have any reason to collude) who independently reached the same conclusions. The core idea is a simple concept from physics that has been understood since the time of Arrhenius.

Is it being claimed that she was bravely #RESISTing and had to be carried away kicking and screaming? If not, I'm sure there's anything fake about it, if anything it gives the impression that the police turned up, said "hey, you know you can't be here, let's move on." "No, I'm sorry but I won't." "Ok, well in that case we have to arrest you." "Well I'm not walking out of here." "That's fine, we'll just carry you, then."

Basically an arrest that's made but the person being arrested is calm and isn't threatening in any way, AKA the h'witest, most polite, Scandiwegian arrest that could possibly be made.
