I just made this again last night and realized I should aware you bros. It’s easy, has good tex mex flavor, and can be clean eating depending what you add.

Sprinkle 4 chicken breast halves with taco seasoning on both sides, then place in a baking dish. Pour over 1 cup of salsa and bake at 375 for 25-35 mins depending on the thickness of your meat (no homo).

Pull out, top with shredded cheese and bake another 5 mins or until bubbly and melted.

I like to add chopped up peppers and onions on top of the chicken and under the salsa for extra veg and flavor. Plus hot sauce, cilantro if you have it, black beans, plus sour cream if you have the macros for the extra fats HNNNG.

Piss simple recipe and you probably have all the ingredients already.
