I would have one batch that induced heart attacks
Another batch that destroyed peoples immune systems
Another that caused fast acting cancer
Another blood clots
Etc etc.
This way I could better gaslight the intended targets if they grew suspicious.
I suspect this is the case with the COVID vaccine.
