Happened across an online hypnotist, he apparently does like zoom hypnotherapy sessions, and he sells a few tracks too. I bought a track for eliminating/reducing social anxiety. I’m doing a little bit each day, I’m about to do the segment for day 4.

And holy fuk brahs I got hypnotized. I would say the general nerves I feel when around people are gone. Way more in tune with stuff and feel absolutely comfortable holding conversations. I’d talk with people before but it’s just way easier now.

Even crazier to me is how different I feel even alone. Like my mind is way different right now and it happened because a guy talked a little weird into a mic and I listened to it and now my brain is different and I feel better in social situations.

It feels like I’m playing a different game now. Literally like, ok how do I want to upgrade my avatar? I need to upload an anxiety destroyer module. So I need to go out and find that upgrade, upload it, and my character stats are now buffed.

This is the biggest reality-fuk I’ve ever experienced in my life. This shatters my former concept of reality into one billion shiny little pieces of glass.
