7-year-old boy mauled to death by pack of dogs, attack sends mother into emergency

A 7-year-old boy was mauled to death in a vicious dog attack in Idaho. The boy's mother attempted to save her son from the pack of dogs, but she was too late.

Just before 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, Kellan Islas went outside of an RV where he was staying with his mother on the Fort Hall Reservation. When her son didn't return after a few minutes, Emily Islas went to check on Kellan.

The mother found her son lying face down near the front porch with four dogs mauling the young boy. There were two Rottweilers and two mixed breeds attacking the 7-year-old boy.

A GoFundMe page said Emily "did everything in her power to protect Kellan from that attack."

"She is an amazing woman and mother and sacrificed herself to try and save her little boy," the organizer of the GoFundMe campaign stated.

First responders arrived at the scene and transported the mother and son to Portneuf Medical Center — approximately 50 miles southwest of Idaho Falls. Kellan was pronounced dead from the injuries he sustained in the brutal dog attack.

Fuk, misc is right about Pittbulls:
Earlier this month, a 7-year-old Louisiana girl was mauled to death by a neighbor's pit bull.

In another dog attack this month, an 11-year-old Georgia boy had 80% of his scalp torn off when three pit bulls mauled him.

In December, a 4-day-old baby was killed by the family's Siberian husky.

In October, two small children in Tennessee were mauled to death by the family's two pit bulls. The mother of the children was also attacked. She survived but needed to be hospitalized.

DogsBite.org, a national dog bite victim's advocacy group, found that of the fatal dog attacks in 2019, 69% were committed by pit bulls, 13% were by mixed breeds, and 8% were by Rottweilers.

This should be quite simple, your dog mauls someone innocent, your dog gets put down, and you get put down.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

how exactly did the mother attempt to fight off the dogs? screech at them? did she even use a weapon or think she could punch them with her 13 inch arms? LMAO!

My family had a pit bull growing up

Made a good guard dog

Used to sit by the " beware of dog " sign in the door and watch people go by

Lmao my sister still has him at her house now

He was a pretty cool dog. Never did anything too crazy but had to keep him on leash.
Also attacked my friends dog once when I brought him over but I broke it up and it never got out of hand

But young children and pit bulls Def do not mix!!

Some pit bulls aren't that bad for example the pit bull I had ...we also had some small bordie collie in the house too...he never killed her lol and wouldn't fk around with her either
