Is being a stay at home dad being a cuck?

Long story short.

33 years old I make 120k a year at a high stress job that I don't like. Wife is pregnant and we are trying to figure out daycare issues and chit like that.

I have 3,000,000 invested that could probably give off 80-100k in dividends.

I am thinking about just quitting and becoming a stay at home dad to raise the boy.

Cucked or good idea?

I know a guy who was a stay at home dad for about 10 years. His wife worked and made decent money. This man was the happiest person I’ve ever known ded fkin srs. His day would consist of some variation of waking up, taking his kids to school, going to the gym, doing whatever the fuk he wanted for 6 hours, picking up the kids, playing video games, going to the movies, sports games, etc. There was structure and routine while also having love, fulfillment and FREEDOM. Every school break he would be going on vacation somewhere. Just a great life overall with real purpose.

Contrast that with myself and most men I know who just waste away at an office. Life is a fkin joke for most of us.

I don’t have any kids but if I did I would fkin love to actually raise them instead of dropping them off at some daycare.

I get packaged goods delivered from the supermarket, but go in to the village for fresh stuff. The butcher told me that a lot of people with a young kid will get calls from work whilst they are in there.

WFH folks are ditching childcare and you are seeing a lot more guys with their kids during office hours.
