This is old but i curious if he got a charge of any kind.. because he said he shot her in the back. I think some states would take that as him no longer being in danger and rule it a homicide

He was not charged but most certainly should have. The intruders were fleeing. He’s got her in the back in an alley as they were running away. He then finished her off as she was already down on the ground pleading for her life. Pretty savage.

100% srs I would support the death penalty for home invaders, and therefore I totally support this man shooting her in the back. I believe home invasion is one of the most vile crimes you can commit, probably right behind murder and rape. My home is my personal safe space. If someone decides to invade on that, I would have no problem with that person being put to death.
