My 5 year old son found out that his mom (my ex wife) is vaxxed

I try to shield my child as much from the news as possible. Unfortunately, with him being in school and spending half as much time in his mom's custody, I cannot. (I remained s pure blood all these years, she got vaxxed.) Anyways, I was taking care of him yesterday when he found out his mom was vaxxed. He looked me right in the eye and said "Daddy, is mommy going to die?" I couldn't bring myself to lie to him. I just couldn't do it. I looked him straight in the eye and said "Yes, yes she is."
