It was a good episode. I heard it was horriblr and 45 min of gay porn. It had a 10 s sex scene, and a coiple of kissing scenes. Otherwise, it was a very sad tragic love story. I thought it was a strong episode tbh.

theres no love story or kissing in the video game. its one of the reasons its such a good game because it has an actual story to tell that isnt related to romance. why did they put that gross chit in the show?

The worst part about that episode is they changed how Joel gets the battery. Now he won't go to the school in the show, which was one of the sickest parts of the game, rip.

As for the gay relationship, it was the same in the game. Ellie finds a male nudie mag of Bill's and flips through it, i.e. they were implied to be a gay couple in the game as well. The difference is they spent 45 minutes providing back story on Bill and Frank, and killed off Bill in current show time. I thought it was gripping story telling, but would have preferred that they expanded on the backstories of actual main characters, like Tess and Joel's back story. it never goes into detail in the game how long they've been a pair, but the show pointed out that it was at least 13 years since they visited Bill and Joel together 13 years prior to the current timeline.

BRB focus on Bill and Frank, 2 characters they never saw before and will never see again, at the detriment of developing your two main characters.

In the game, when Joel and Ellie finally got the battery they were closer, saved each other a few times and you were hooked on their relationship as the audience.

In the show, when Joel and Ellie got the battery you think Joel is a broken, defeated cuck who gets bossed around by Ellie who is now a cool rebellious badass that has a fetish for violence. And instead the relationship that was developed was the one of two guys you'll never hear about again.

It’s not even the point which btw, I do agree that guys who get overly angry at gays just for being gay or other guys joking gay are usually homophobic.

It’s purely about how it’s shoved in everyone’s faces in literal every tv show and advert now. You can’t watch a halftime Super Bowl commercial about toothpaste with it having some underlying or all out gay tone. It’s not about caring what individuals choose, it’s about me not wanting to see homosexuality be the focus of everything entertainment.

What I didn't understand was why Bill was standing out in the open shooting his rifle instead of from behind cover. Much safer and would have better/more stable aim.

Oz, sopranos, cobra Kai.

The show I honestly don’t know what to expect. It is far different than the game that blew us all away. Tess, Robert, bill, frank all their stories and fates are different from the game.

Seeing older men butt**** other older men isn’t going to burn my eyes either.

Brokeback mountain was hilarious btw. Tlou e3 was just, not funny ha ha but funny queer. Why do the writers push the agenda so hard with 2 side characters of sll. Frank wasn’t even alive in the game.
