Kinda small. That's not that many calories.

I'd need a second chicken breast to feel full.

Chicken thighs, right? Looks good - are you cutting though, low carb? Some nice crusty bread to mop that up would be nice.

Usually would have pasta and bread with this but I'm on keto for a while.

Yup just for a while. And that's exactly what I would add to it.

That was just the first plate. I gauge how much more I have after. Had another 3 thighs after this and then bone broth with coconut oil

Yea but this is the first plate. I had more after this. I let the rest sit so the sauce could thicken up a but since it was still a little runny.

Yup. Just a small cut for a bit until the end of Feb. I only have my carbs at lunch outside of the little I get from vegetables in other meals. Otherwise I'd have garlic butter bread and mop up the sauce or a white wine pasta to go with this.

That used to be me and then suddenly I loved eating mushrooms. And thanks brah. Thought it came out pretty solid tonight

Agreed 100%. Pecorino Romano has become a staple cheese for me and I top a lot of dishes with it.

Almost exactly what mine looked like haha. It's just a good classic dish to change things up. Added parsley, dill and green onion this time with the thyme and I will say it works great.

As an ex tomato hater....I'd usually agree. I have since changed teams though. My tastes buds went through a big change the past 2 years or so.

Thanks Kimm! Bacon and cheeseburger doesn't have to be pretty because we all know it's delicious haha. That really sounds good.

Pretty accurate. I just took it right out before letting it cool down so the sauce was still runny haha. Should have taken a picture of it in the pan instead.

I'll work on my presentation brah.
