Do yourselves a favour, sell all those weights, stop stuffing yourselves with junk food, start doing cardio and lose some fukking weight. You'll feel much better. Also don't forget that any 170-pound twink with one year of regular combat sports training (with sparring) can kick your ass. You'll just end up throwing a girlie punch and dislocating your shoulder like Jay Masters.
