Do women ever follow you at the gym?

I usually don't try to look at the gym as a place to hook up with women, sure I'll meet someone but I won't ever try to push it further.

I swear the last 2-3 days there's been this one girl that I feel like she's following me, but is too shy to say something.

It's really strange..

Yesterday I was going back and forth to the other side of the gym (machines) and passed by her in the hallway, then went back to the other side where the free weights are, and she shows up there.

I'm doing some reverse bench on the smith machine and she's practically watching me, but if she wanted the machine, didn't come up to ask.

Earlier today I'm doing hip thrusts after squats and she's across the room from me, catch her looking at me a few times, even makes her way over to grab a band, even though there were ones in the middle.

Am I losing my mind or is she trying to get me to talk to her?

IDK man it's just strange, can't say I'm the most attractive guy, actually in fact I've been on a serious no fap / semen retention and work outs have been stellar.

If you're in good shape, she may just be copying you because she doesn't know what workout to do. I used to watch the biggest dude at my gym and copy some of his lifts.
