Reminds me, I found and bought some 100% lentil pasta that I am gonna try. Has the same macros as lentils. Can't imagine eating real lentils. If it isn't lentil soup, they are gross as fk.
You should just buy that.

Not a full protein, lacking key aminos and the fiber further reduces bioavailability. You can survive on it as poverty-cell but not useful for gaining muscle.
**Eat lots and lots of birds. The smaller the bird, the more compact its protein content. Parrots are great sources for protein.**

Legumes are amazing and so nutrient dense. Especially during cuts, I make sure to get 1 legume meal in daily. This is usually a mixed bean chilli or some kind of chick pea or lentil stew with a middle eastern flare.

Can't imagine being so poor I had to resort to eating beans regularly.

I have started eating a lot of lentils. They are tasty and super cheap.
I add them to ground beef for tacos. i add a bunch of stuff like veggies and such to them and they are really good.
do about a 50/50 mix of meat to lentils for tacos which I eat daily for lunch. Stretches the meat out.

not sure why people here feel so threatened by lentils. mixing lentils into your diet doesn't mean you can't eat meat.
they're simply a potent combination of super nutritious and super cheap.
and the incomplete amino acid is nonsense, as if anyone is exclusively eating lentils and nothing else. mixing in hemp seeds at the end is a great way to get a complete protein by the way, as they are high in methionine. adds a nice nuttiness to it as well.
for a guy who doesn't care to cook, lentils are incredibly easy to make too. you literally boil them and add salt. at the end mix in your choice of fat (butter, coconut oil, olive oil) and sprinkle hemp seeds. you'll be hard pressed to find a better combo of easy cooking/cheap/incredibly healthy.
