There is no such thing as a "real" IP ban these days ๐Ÿค” with NAT your public IP may be shared with your whole neighborhood ๐Ÿ˜„

However they do:

1) use GPU fingerprinting ๐Ÿค” get a plug-in to disable html canvas ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”
2) process patterns in posting ๐Ÿ˜„ I think if you use my signature tranny emoji "๐Ÿทโžก๏ธ๐Ÿ‘ฉ" for example you're going to get suspended immediately ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘
3) if you're downloading the app then obviously they can link your account to previous via the device UUID ๐Ÿค” maybe they also look at OS/browser models but idk, you can get a plug-in to spoof the user-agent header also ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘

They still use the public IP for extra filtering with the above, but it's not solely based on IP ๐Ÿค” it's only kept for 100 days I believe ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

EDIT: oh and cookies and such of course ๐Ÿค” but I'm assuming you're using incognito mode ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ‘
