When you use quick reply, to encode the message it will use a very old JS implementation of PHP's urlencode: 🤔

So instead you can do one of the following:
1. Click "Go Advanced" and then submit 😄
2. Add to your tampermonkey/greasemonkey script: 😵‍💫

I mean add it to your tampermonkey/greasemonkey script if you have one 🤔 If not you can open the console (you can just right click anywhere and click "inspect" then switch to console tab) -> paste it and press enter -> then submit 😄👍
