Got a steady girl these days and I'm convinced fapping multiple times a day is a performance killer. Also fapping is a waste of time in general, and I think it impacts confidence/energy/attitude as a whole.

If you're anticipating being dry all month though I have bad news. I think you're better off fapping once a week.
