Working as a designer is annoying af

Have been in both architecture and currently working in UI/ UX.

Dealing with internal business analysts and managers is annoying asf. Every time they push their retarded ideas and set designers back without giving any feedback/ support when asked, then they moan about the workflow being slow or the design not working properly anymore.

Design field is great in the sense that you can be creative but it is really a pain in the ass when you have to deal with clients/ managers/supervisor's egos.
