What the **** is up with jobs sending you to train in other states

My friend got sent to Dallas for 2 weeks of work "training" where hes sitting in a classroon going over videos and sexual harassment crap

His stupid company literally asked for pronouns and asked everyone to introduce themselves and say their favorite color

For the record he's an airplane mechanic not some blue hair dye specialist.

How ****ing stupid. Why not just hire people and have them learn exactly where you fukkin hired them

Plenty of companies have their corporate training centers in one location.
